Ordering Information and Payment Options

For the in stock products
we require 100% payment prior to shipping. For the out of stock or special order items we require a 30 - 50% deposit to be paid up front and the balance prior to shipping.  A bank wire transfer is a preffered option now.

Shipping Information


For the in stock products
we aim to ship same day (payment received before 3:30pm Monday to Friday) or following working day from receipt of order. If for any reason this is not possible, we will email you with an explanation and order status.
For the out of stock or a special/ custom orders we require a waiting period from one to three months depending on where we are with our current manufacturing process.
Normally the shipping to USA takes about 9 - 12 working days, UK and EU about 5 - 7 working days. A faster service via EMS, FedEx, UPS or similar couriers is also possible for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details.


Returns & Excanges


Of course, we accept returns providing a rod
is our regular model (not a special order item), absolutly new, in a 100% resalable condition with all papers, original packaging and are returned within 14 days of you receiving the item. Please contact us before returning an item.
All refunds will be made via PayPal within 9 working days after we received a returned item
. And also please note that we will deduct an original shipping cost from the sum of refund! We don't mind which postal/courier service you use to return the goods (although we would ask you to avoid DHL as we always seem to get hit with extra charges), but if the goods do not arrive here, we are afraid that we can't accept responsibility for the loss.

Warranty, Warranty Repairs and Service


Please register your rod with us within 30 days of purchase and keep your proof of purchase and a plastic card (supplied with rod) for any warranty claim.
All our rods
carry a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner covering any defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty provides that defective rod will be repaired and shipped back at no charge for parts and labor. Of course this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance or any modification. In this case you will be charged a reasonable fee for repair plus an agreed amount of money to cover shipping, insurance and processing.

VERY IMPORTANT BIT:

If you are sending the goods from outside of the EEC, it is important that you declare the value at no more than USD30. If you do not do this, we will end up paying taxes and duties on the item for a second time around. Upon receipt of returned goods, we will issue a PayPal refund, or ship an exchange, as required.
Please allow 9 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our workshop!
